Mallory is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 16 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Her experience spans direct care, clinical supervision, program leadership, diagnostics, parent coaching, intake, authorization, and operations. Developmental practice has remained central throughout her career.
Mallory's Story
I began my career as a preK teacher at a school for children with autism before finding my way into clinical early intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis. Over the years, I have worked with children with autism and developmental differences, led and developed intensive early intervention programs, supported families of children with severe problem behavior, and helped build systems designed to make a real difference in their everyday lives.
However, becoming a mom changed the way I saw the work. It deepened my understanding of how much parents carry, how different every child truly is, and how important it is for support to feel personal.
The Finding Place is the result of all of those experiences coming together: my professional journey, my experiences as a parent, and my belief that the best support begins with seeing the whole child and whole family.
Our Mission
The Finding Place exists to help individuals and families discover meaningful paths toward growth through developmentally appropriate, relationship-centered care. Through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions, parent partnership, and a commitment to autonomy and dignity, we support each individual's unique way of learning, connecting, and thriving.
